ReplyDeleteCould it be that maybe he met her when she was already in this line of business? (I don't know; I am simply hypothesizing based on what I've read here.) Wouldn't it be disingenuous, then, for him to suddenly want to cover her up and keep him for himself? Wouldn't that be to not accept her for who she really is and not accept the choices and decisions that she's made for her life?
Just throwing around some ideas.
