EYE CANDY 2

Who?

Bria, loud and clear!
I know this is gonna make you look at your music videos a lot more intently...I do, see how much fun I am having?!

*Bria made her big debut in the Kanye West / Rhymefest video “Brand New” in 2005. This was soon followed by her lead in Twista’s “Girl Tonight” video featuring Trey Songz. Careful not to oversaturate, she took a self-imposed sabbatical from music videos until early 2006 when she appeared in Nelly Fertado’s “Promiscuous Girl” and in the Pharrell / Clipse music video “Mr. Me Too.” But her biggest accomplishment in 2006 was making the cover of King Magazine. Bria would like to evenutally segue into acting and possibly singing and hopes to achieve big things in the very near future.
Anyone wanna help?

LUSTING FEELING...PART 1(a)

Guys, we don't ever talk about this in our Men Out and About pastimes. These are not thoughts we share. Interestingly, most women would not believe it, but men share very little emotional issues amongst themselves. We tell it to you ladies!

Er, depending on your wifey or missus "status"!

On the other hand, the ladies are the first to note the habit of lusting. You know, he is drifting off during conversation because a flock of stunning beauties are sashaying past, or he is hell bent on peering through the side-view mirror at an object you did not see!

Women have nightmares thinking about what guys get up to when left alone and uninhibited! Gawking, perhaps gropping and clawing and worse, gnawing at a plump bosom in some dark corner of a club!

Yes, that is the topic, the 'shingofeni" phenomenon. Or radar tracker syndrome. When a guy can't restrain himself and has to take a peek! What is going on in his mind? What does it say about his character? His habits perhaps!

What is he capable of if his object of desire were to be drawn in? Would a man take the next step and "fling?"

This is part 1(a). Just the starter, my intro. I look forward to your inputs LADIES! Let us know how this habit affects you, do you loathe it, ignore it, are attempting to fix a permanent neck brace on your man or invent "female figure deletion specs" for his eyes?
Let the comments roll.

As Valentine approaches, or rather, as Valentine is swiftly approaching point of deep impact, I will dig deep into the psych of men!
Get ready to expose the lusting creature in you called 'temptation" in the next post!

STAND BY YOUR MAN......!

If you can find a woman that sticks with you through thick and thin, it means she sees something broadly potential in you and will fuel your motivation. That is where the saying " Where there is a successful man, not far behind is the..... "

All a Man needs is a patient woman, to watch his dreams fall to place and to quit nagging a brother...you think she knew he would become the US president at this time?...I don't think so...but she stuck with him and his VW beetle anyway...

BE A QUITTER!

10 Quick Tips to Help You Quit Smoking

1. Believe in yourself. Believe that you can quit. Think about some of the most difficult things you have done in your life and realize that you have the guts and determination to quit smoking. It's up to you.

2. Write down why you want to quit (the benefits of quitting): live longer, feel better, for your family, save money, smell better, find a mate more easily, etc. You know what's bad about smoking and you know what you'll get by quitting. Put it on paper and read it daily.

3.Ask your family and friends to support your decision to quit. Ask them to be completely supportive and non-judgmental. Let them know ahead of time that you will probably be irritable and even irrational while you withdraw from your smoking habit.

4. Set a quit date. Decide what day you will extinguish your cigarettes forever. Write it down. Plan for it. Prepare your mind for the "first day of the rest of your life". You might even hold a small ceremony when you smoke you last cigarette, or on the morning of the quit date.

5.Talk with your doctor about quitting. Support and guidance from a physician is a proven way to better your chances to quit.

6. Begin an exercise program. Exercise is simply incompatible with smoking. Exercise relieves stress and helps your body recover from years of damage from cigarettes. If necessary, start slow, with a short walk once or twice per day. Build up to 30 to 40 minutes of rigorous activity, 3 or 4 times per week. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

7. Cut back on cigarettes gradually (if you cut back gradually, be sure to set a quit date on which you WILL quit). Ways to cut back gradually include: plan how many cigarettes you will smoke each day until your quit date, making the number you smoke smaller each day; buy only one pack at a time; change brands so you don't enjoy smoking as much; give your cigarettes to someone else, so that you have to ask for them each time you want to smoke.

8. Quit smoking "cold turkey". Many smokers find that the only way they can truly quit once and for all is to just quit abruptly without trying to slowly taper off. Find the method that works best for you: gradually quitting or cold turkey. If one way doesn't work do the other.

9. Have your teeth cleaned. Enjoy the way your teeth look and feel and plan to keep them that way.

10. After you quit, plan to celebrate the milestones in your journey to becoming a non-smoker. After two weeks of being smoke-free, see a movie. After a month, go to a fancy restaurant (be sure to sit in the non-smoking section). After three months, go for a long weekend to a favorite get-away. After six months, buy yourself something frivolous. After a year, have a party for yourself. Invite your family and friends to your "birthday" party and celebrate your new chance at a long, healthy life.

Good luck in your efforts to quit smoking.
